- The draft will begin July 15th @ 7pm EST.
- The time limit will be 6 hours per pick. With the draft clock being suspended from 2am-6am EST. Teams can still pick during that time, however they won't be penalized for their clock expiring.
- Only players taken in the 2013 Rule IV (FYP) draft will be allowed. They must have a contract with a MLB organization. This means that high school seniors, college players, international players and unsigned draft picks will not be allowed, just like in all drafts that this league will hold.
- Picks must be placed in the appropriate forum. If a pick is made via email, an LM may place the pick in the proper thread. This is to keep a well documented archives for the league.
- When making a pick, please include the player's first and last name and the organization he plays for. This will eliminate any confusion as to whom you are talking about.
- These FYP draft picks are NOT tradeable.
- All drafted player will be listed with a B grade until the official grades come out in the off season. This will only affect those that get promoted during the 2013 season, so the chances are slim that it will affect any player.
- The earliest a pick can be made is Monday July 15th @ 6pm EST, this applies to all teams in the order that they are listed.
