Scoring will be done in a Head-to-Head format, with a 7x7 set up for categories.
The categories are:
R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP, SLG
W, QS, K, HD, SV, ERA, WHIP
Each scoring period will result in either a W, L or T. There will be no tie breakers for weekly match-ups. Each scoring period will also have one set of position limits attached to it.
Starting Pitchers will have a max limit of 8 GS per 7 day matchup. During the weeks with extended scoring periods, the max limit will also be raised accordingly. If a maximum has been met or exceeded: All starting pitchers will stop accumulating stats for the rest of the scoring period. If the max has not been met or exceeded at the beginning of a day, stats will accumulate throughout that entire day, even if the max is exceeded.
There will also be a minimum limit of 35 IP per 7 day matchup. If a minimum has not been met by end of scoring period: All pitchers will lose their ERA/WHIP stats for the scoring period.
I have installed these limits for two reasons; the GS cap is to hinder streaming of SP and the IP min limit is to help promote activity and roster maintenance.
