In order to keep the league full of knowledgeable and skillfull managers, we will be instituting a Vote of Confidence clause into each manager's tenure here.
Every manager will be under probation from the date they join through the completion of their first full season. If at any point during that time, 3 different managers come forward with a vote of confidence on the same manager, we will hold a league vote. The vote will be for all other 19 managers to evaluate the manager in question and determine if he/she holds the necessary skill level, knowledge or sportsmanship, to carry on in this league. This vote will be a simple Yes or No, held by league poll. If more than 50% of the remaining 19 voters (10 votes) vote No, then that manager is removed from their position in the league.
After the initial probation period, a vote of confidence can still be held, however this decision will come down to the sole discretion of the 3 league managers.
