October 31st will be the last day that any team can make a buyout on their 2015 salary cap. It will also be the last day that any team can assign a RFA tag for 2016 free agency, as well as the last day that any team can pick up a player option for 2016.

All buyouts, tags and options must be posted in the appropriate forum by 1159pm EST on 10/31.
