In light of recent events regarding the use of an illegal roster, through an invalid free agent addition, we have unanimously agreed that this specific instance will be considered the warning for the league. The players will be removed, and any stats earned by them will be erased from the team totals. Moving forward, the penalty for adding invalid players and using an illegal starting roster, will be forfeiture of that day's stats, as a whole. Multiple days with an illegal starting roster means multiple days of forfeited stats. If at any point, you believe your addition of player(s) in question was due to an error on the spreadsheet, you are advised to provide visual proof of such, this would result in removal of player, and accrued stats but not forfeiture of daily stats. Repeat offenses may initiate a Vote of Confidence, and we as LM's sincerely hope this doesn't happen. The due diligence required to sustain the integrity of this league is not solely a burden shouldered by those tasked with running it, but a primary part of the unspoken membership contract each manager has agreed to by joining DLF.
